Generally yes… but it’s worth checking the combined vitamins and mineral levels aren’t getting too high.
Given all the botanicals, minerals and vitamins packed into each supplement, you might find that you no longer need to take other supplements. If you want to take Karmacist alongside medication you might be on, we always advise double-checking with your healthcare practitioner just to be on the safe side.
Yes, but do check here which can be combined. Because, as well as the botanicals, some of our formulations contain high levels of vitamins and minerals - and it wouldn’t be recommended to tip into excessive levels.
So to help you pair our formulations in the best possible way, you can refer to this chart.
We recommend that you consider your primary goal, and then take one or possibly two other Karmacist formulations - as long as you avoid the blacked-out squared combinations.
Eg it’s OK to combine Mood and Relax, or say Mood, Relax and Immunity. But avoid Mood and Energy.

Feeling healthy

It's hard to quantify whether an immunity supplement is effective or not because if it is working, it's success lies in the absence of getting ill.... What I can say though, is that when the supplements ran out, a week later I had a sore throat and the week after that a cold sore. Sore throats and cold sores are things I frequently get when run down and I didn't have them at all while taking the supplements.
I can't imagine not taking these supplements now that I've discovered them. Thank you Karmacist!
